Workshop records, connected.
B9 Workshop is a web application for managing workshop employees, equipment, stock movements and supporting documents from a phone, tablet or computer.
Open WorkshopPeople and contacts
Employee accounts, company and job references, searchable contact cards, approved photos and B2B partnerships.
Equipment and operations
Inventory across locations, receipts, consumable issues, temporary use, long-term custody, returns, delivery and damaged-stock disposal.
Supporting documents
Attach photos and scanned receipts to operations and submit delivery evidence for management review.
Why Google Drive access is requested
The owner can connect a designated Google Drive account to store operation attachments. With the drive.file permission, the application creates, reads and deletes files created by or explicitly authorized for its OAuth client. It uses a workshop folder, displays permitted attachments and removes files queued for deletion. It does not require access to the entire Drive account or Gmail. The Drive connection must be configured before these file features are available.
Who can see workshop records?
Active signed-in accounts can read business records under the application's access rules. The owner can enable public viewing. A separately generated operation-share link lets its holder view that operation and its attachments without signing in. Credentials and session secrets are never part of business browsing.
Administration and support
Designed and administered by Omar Salah with assistance from ChatGPT. This independent application uses Flutter, Supabase and Cloudflare, with an optional Google Drive integration. These providers do not endorse this application.
