Use workshop records responsibly.

B9 Workshop is a workshop records and equipment-management application operated by Omar Salah. Effective 17 October 2026.

Authorized use

Use your assigned account and keep login credentials private. Submit accurate business records and only photos, files and links you are authorized to use and share. Do not impersonate another employee, bypass access controls, upload harmful content or disrupt the service.

Roles and responsibility

Owners, administrators and employees have different editing rights. All active accounts may read the business information exposed by the application. Owners control public browsing. Selected operation participants share responsibility as recorded; long-term custody also uses B2B responsibility groups. Only the creating administrator can change or delete an operation or correct its existing settlements; other administrators may record new returns or receipt confirmations through the supported workflow. These records support company procedures and do not replace required physical checks, signed documents or company approvals.

Drive and sharing

The owner may authorize a designated Google Drive account for operation attachments. Connected storage quotas and authorization affect availability. Uploading material makes it readable to the application's permitted audience. Public viewing and operation-share links can allow access without an account; distribute links with care. Deletion revokes future app access and queues stored files for physical cleanup, but cannot recall downloaded copies.

Availability and records

The application requires internet access and relies on hosting, database and storage providers. Outages, quota limits or revoked permissions can interrupt service. Review quantities, documents and responsibility changes before saving. Report errors promptly and retain essential company backups or original paperwork. No uninterrupted availability or error-free record is promised.

Administration and changes

Management may restrict accounts and correct records within the available permissions. Data handling and deletion follow the Privacy Policy. Features and these terms may change; material updates will be made available to users. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms.
